Nikola Svobodováadvocate

Nikola joined BADOKH in 2017 after gaining experience in other law firms and several international institutions both in private and public sector.

During her professional practice, she has been involved in a number of various domestic and cross-border projects. Her work included advisory services with respect to numerous financing deals, including the acquisition financing, project financing and property development financing in the Czech republic and abroad in relation to the large scale foreign transactions with Czech end.

Nikola has also participated on advising our clients in an in-court restructuring process and resolving the solvency restructuring. Furthermore, she advises our clients on labour and employment law.
