Dominik Skočovskýadvocate

Prior to joining BADOKH, he worked at the Supreme Court from 2019 to 2023, where he gained very valuable professional experience. At the Supreme Court, he focused mainly on the area of business litigation and participated in drafting of a number of important judgments.

During the same period, he was also active as an internal PhD student at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, where he was engaged in scientific activities. In 2023 he received his Ph.D. in commercial law.

Dominik is the author of a number of papers published in renowned domestic scientific journals (The Journal of Jurisprudence and Legal Practice, Právní rozhledy). He is currently involved as a co-author in the preparation of the second edition of the fifth volume of the Commentary to the Civil Code published by C.H. Beck (Hulmák et al.). He is also recipient of the 2019 Randova nadace Prize.
