People from our team made crucial contributions to the complete overhaul of Czech company law that was part of the recent "recodification" of Czech private law, and are regular contributors to key publications in the area of company law (e.g. the Commentary on the Corporations Act, C.H. Beck 2014, or the Commentary on the Transformations Act, C.H. Beck 2010).
